The monthly SRACA board meeting is this Wednesday, February 12 at 7:00 PM. The meeting will be at the Connerís residence (not in their party room), located at 14314 Skinner Road.


Please note that the Texas Homeowners Association regulations define what a board can and cannot vote on unless prior notice has been provided. Therefore, please be aware that some of these items have been added to the agenda notice below to cover the potential eventuality, although there are no immediate plans that differ from the Associationís ongoing direction as discussed at the annual membership meeting and the regular monthly board meetings. These additional agenda items are included to give notice and allow the board to continue to operate in an efficient but compliant manner.

    • possible discussion and/or approval of an amendment to the annual budget that increases the budget by more than 10 percent

    • potential for discussion and/or approval of capital improvements other than the repair, replacement, or enhancement of existing improvements

    • Includes articles covering the establishment, maintenance, and operation of a residential subdivision
